Weather the Storm Outreach (“WTSO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is deeply committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and respect. As a Canadian organization based in Ontario, we are responsible for the personal information under our control. We have designated our founder, Scott Roose, as the Privacy Officer who is accountable for our compliance with this policy and applicable privacy laws.

Account & Subscription Information: When you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account for our Discord server or courses, we collect your email address and any name or username you provide.
Purchase Information: When you purchase a product or enroll in a course, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and billing information. Note: Your full payment card information is not stored by us; it is processed directly by our secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you may choose to provide.
User Content: We collect the information you voluntarily post in our public or community forums. Due to the nature of our services, this may include sensitive personal information. We urge you to be mindful of the information you share in community spaces.
b) Information We Collect Automatically:
